Pelican Motel

The Casita was very clean and well maintained. I like the use of the space. I liked that it was not a motel room with only one wide open space. There was a very nice large deck that we had the use of. It was close to Downtown for eating and shopping.

The mattresses on the bunks was very thin, but then again there is not a whole lot of head space on the top bunk.

Rooms were recently updated, good size fridge

It’s an older property, but kept up very well. The rooms were very clean and neat.

Room 24 needs a new mattress.

The room was ready with lights on when we arrived. The owners were welcoming, especially with our later arrival. It was a very relaxing room, quiet, and it's the most relaxed my dog has ever been in a hotel room. The area outside was clean and a nice set up for bringing a dog along.

Lovely little motel off the beaten path. Very nice place and great owners. Clean and cozy. Comfortable beds.

My sister and I stayed at the Pelican Motel in February 2025. The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable. The couple that run the Pelican Hotel were outstanding and made us feel right at home. I would recommend this motel for anyone looking to stay in the beautiful city of Pelican Rapids or surrounding area. I will definitely stay here again.
