D & H Guesthouse

Room is acceptable. However I find it strange that a large sign announces that every consumption of wine in the room will result in a rather high corkage fee (in a guest house room!), before a guest goes to the pool in the garden he has to contact management because of the owner‘s dogs. When we returned from dinner at about 8:00 pm the Main entrance door of the guest house was closed (although should be open until 22:00 and we had no key to open it so we had to wait on the street in the dark shouting, making noise until someone opened it after about 10 minutes- absolutely inacceptable

Exceptional service from reception to the restaurant and specious rooms, very clean 🙏🙏🙏friendly people, loved everything especially the food woow was delicious

Not good at all

It was cold.. No blanket.. TV was not functioning

The place double booked and i had to go find other placed at night and pay again. Still waiting for my refund

I would never in my life book the accommodation again. The owner said he declined our hotel. Com booking and said we must go find alternative accommodation as he was fully booked. It was a Saturday and we were stranded, having drove all the way from Johannesburg. He said we must take it up with hotels. Com We paid R1400. 00 and we were told to go find accommodation in the afternoon in graskop were everything was fully booked. The owner ddnt even want to hear anything. The caretaker by the name of happiness was helpful and another guy who is a second owner who helped us. I actually want compensation for all this emotional stress
