DEThe rooms are not air conditioned, it was unbearable to spend the nights in high temperatures. The bed linen and towels were not very clean. Too high a price for what you get!

There was an initial issue with the WiFi not working that was fixed by the hosts within a day.
DELocation is good, just a few minues walking from Salo Pier, with a nice view over the lake. You have a garden, where you can spend some time at the day or evening.
Pictures show a very nice view from the open doors of the kitchen area - however you could not open them any more, as all latches were broken, the other side was blocked by washing machines and others stored. Everywhere in the facilities you find broken items, showing lack of care by the owner. Lack of repair and maintenance everywhere. Windows of the kitchen area cannot be opened - actually we booked because of the nice pictures of this area. Shower doors broken, shower drain covers broken (or full with hairs), 2 of 3 ceiling fans broken (one noisy, one very noisy at 35°C and more not really nice), wifi (well sometimes there was some), .... List could be extended by a lot of items. We booked the "Villa", which is bysically 4 rooms of the B&B on the 1st floor (of which basically only 3 could be used) and a the B&B kitchen area at the groundfloor. Fun fact - for a booking able to accomodate up to 9 people you get only one (1!) key for the house. Location is very central, but therefore lot's of noise from the main road through town and the strada speciale above. No aircon, therefore you need to leave all windows open when it is hot. By the way, do not expect intermediate cleaning or services (if you need more than one roll toilet paper, get supplies yourself). Owner does only speak Italian and seems to prefer not to be bothered by guests - keys are to be picked up and dropped in a safety box at the gate.
Ich hatte ein grundsätzlich schönes Zimmer mit Seeblick. Als weniger positiv empfand ich die ständig bellenden Hunde auf dem Nachbargrundstück und den Schimmel in der Dusche. Das Frühstück war sehr simpel, und leider funktionierte das Wlan während meines Aufenthaltes nicht. Auf meine diesbezügliche Nachfrage beim Gastgeber habe ich leider nicht mal eine Antwort erhalten.
