Das "Hotel" nur noch ein Bettenlager. Keine Rezeption kein Restaurant kein funktionierender Fernseher.

Gutes Frühstück und Abendessen in einem sehr schönem Gastraum. Der (Noch-) Eigentümer hat sich sehr um unser Wohlbefinden gekümmert!

Das Hotel war 2 Wochen vor der Übergabe an einen neuen Eigentümer, dadurch war nicht mehr alles gut koordiniert und in geornetem Zustand.

Pillows were old smelly and sweaty

Cleaning the rooms need to be done every day and new pillows and mattress

Food has been great

We thought breakfast was included in the room price, we are paying extra for breakfast, it has been great

This old man who are working there, probably he was the owner, is racist, angry man, who can only scream. I was booked my rooms, but when i arrive, he says to me, that he dont have free rooms for me, and then he give me one of privat rooms, where everything was dirty, broken, naked electricity cables on the walls and many other defects

Very quick and professional service of the staff

Krone has a great location within Rehau, the historic building is charming, and the rooms are spacious. The food offering in the restaurant is very solid, with a focus on local classics. The shared minibar fridge for late night snacks is well stocked.

The hotel is in need of redecorating and especially the bathrooms show signs of wear and tear. It'd be a joy to see the place restored to former glory.

Great location in the centre of Rehau. Not that there's much more to Rehau. Comfy beds, warm room, friendly staff. Very quiet hotel, good sleep to be had. No problems. If I'm ever in Rehau, I'll try to stay here.

A kettle. I know it's not a thing in Germany but a kettle and some coffee would make so much difference. Rooms were not that big but sufficient for one person plus baggage easily. Decoration etc could do with a refresh but nothing serious.
