"拍攝客戶的信用卡卡號不是正規刷卡的手續，而且有洩漏個人隱私的疑慮，以後請避免。"

地點佳，房間整潔乾淨，窗外景觀很美。

入住時在櫃檯完成刷卡後，進來房間又接到櫃檯打來電話，說要拍照我的信用卡卡號。 我覺得這樣做非常不好。

"安全梯的門需改善以符合消防法規"

房間整潔乾淨，窗外景觀不錯，收費合理。地點佳，附近有小吃餐廳及便利商店。

1. 依消防法規規定，火災時不得搭乘電梯，必須要走安全梯，而且安全梯的門需保持常關，不得鎖死。 我入住第一天晚上就發現該樓層兩個安全梯門都鎖死。第二天告知櫃檯後，那晚安全梯門被改為半掩。 這兩種做法都不符合消防法規 2. 淋浴間的門無法關好，洗澡時水會外漏

大廳非常寬敞，一進飯店心情就很好，房間浴缸很大、礦泉水要多少有多少，無邊際游池超讚。 工作人員很貼心幫切水果還裝在盒子裡

叫計程車這點真的要改進，應該讓計程車進到迎賓車道而不是讓客人走出去。有些工作人員幫叫計程車是用手機、有的則是走去路上攔，這應該要有準則才對、畢竟是高級飯店

The staff are friendly. The breakfast is also good. There are so many choices including western style dishes and traditional Chinese breakfast.

The location is not that convenient as expected. A bit far from the subway station.
