Camping Del Sole Village

Die Lage des Campingplatzes war ideal für uns und unsere Unternehmungen. Das schöne Städtchen Iseo ist zu Fuß super zu erreichen. Das Resti auf dem Campingplatz ist perfekt und es schmeckt sehr gut. Auch kann man sich am Abend sein Essen to go holen. Man ist auch sofort am Iseosee.

Die Pools und die Sportanlagen. Der kleine Supermarkt vor Ort hat uns oft gerettet. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber. Alle freundlich.

La posizione vicinissima al centro, il parco giochi per bambini veramente bellissimo. Staff gentile e disponibile, ristorante con piatti buoni e le pizze top.

Невероятен къмпинг,заслужава много по-висока оценка от 10 .Даваме 100 😊Локацията е отлична-на 10 минути пеш от град Изео,ние пътувахме с влак и от гарата до къмпинга пеш е 20 мин , няма таксита в града. Персонала на рецепция беше отлично подготвен , много мили и усмихнати. Настанихме се в мобилна къща,бяхме приятно изненадани колко е чиста къщата,били сме и в скъпи хотели,които не могат да се похвалят с такава чистота.Благодарим много на поддържащия персонал.Магазина е много добре зареден с всичко необходимо,служителите са много добронамерени.Алеите,плажа,озеленяването в къмпинга са прекрасни. Птички пеят , зайчета има по тревата,кучетата са разрешени само при каравани и кемпери .Това е най-хубавия и подреден къмпинг,на който сме били.Невероятна природа с красивото езеро Изео и планината. В бара на плажа служителите са учтиви,храната е вкусна и на добри цени.Силно препоръчваме къмпинга за почивка.Благодарим за нашата прекрасна ваканция,нямаме търпение отново да се върнем!

I do not submit such reviews, but the arrogance of the owner/manager, who still seems unable to understand simple written communication, leaves me with no other choice. My review is honest, but apparently this is a place where only 5-star ratings are acceptable, right? The additional attempts to persuade me to change my rating after the fact are simply pathetic. It is disappointing that you were not able to respond properly to messages and requests during the stay. I have travelled hundreds of times around the world. This is the first time I have encountered such an issue with borrowing an iron or a hairdryer. Everyone knows what shirts look like after an airplane journey. At the reception, I was told to buy my own iron from a local shop (starting at around €80, as there were no alternatives in such a small town). Only after two days was I “kindly” offered a hairdryer for a deposit (I had no problem with paying the deposit, but no one had proposed a hair-dryer rental at the check-in at all). Before that, there was no response to my request at all. As a result, either my shirt did not dry properly or my hair was still wet when I left for a morning meeting. I eventually fell ill and ended up on a 14-day course of antibiotics. We also had to completely change the second part of our stay in Italy. On every review site, the accommodation has a lower rating. I’m not surprised. Some people need to hit rock bottom before they realize their mistakes.
