Det var maur invasjon på et av soverommene. Utleieren løste ikke problemet tilfredstillende. Rommet kunne derfor ikke benyttes. Utleieren har så langt (tre uker) ikke vist tegn til å kompensere kontraktbruddet. Vi leide stedet med tre soverom hvorav bare to kunne benyttes.

Wonderful location just steps to the town center and to the lake. the three bedrooms were all clean and cozy. Fully functional kitchen with all the tools we need. the house is surprisingly quiet even if its in town center, it has a garden and there is very little traffic on the street in front of it. the possibility to park inside the yard was a big plus.

Very clean property in a great location.

The location of the property was excellent. It also had hot water and a very small functioning kitchen. We have been to Menaggio on seven occasions now as we love this part of the world so much.

Apart from the location everything about the property was poor. There was dampness throughout and there were various infestations of flies. Every day we mopped the floors which were wet from condensation. There were clearly spores in the air which emerged on clothing and fabric on rucksacks. The beds were very uncomfortable and my children found it difficult to sleep at all. I love Menaggio but find it difficult to understand why a property with so many issues can remain available to book. The claims of a 'mountain view' are also somewhat of an exaggeration.
