Misty Elegance - Ella.

The staff were very friendly and location was amazing for Ella stay.

We don’t like writing bad reviews as normally search for the good but felt a bit let down by the quality of our stay for the price. - The bedsheets were not white sheets like pictured, but instead cartoon covered covers. - The bathroom smelt so bad if you didn’t close the door, the whole room would smell. - The floor was in poor condition and some dirty mats were placed on top of the damaged parts. We actually moved the mats as they were so dirty we did not want to be stepping on them. - There was mould on the ceiling. We know it’s wet when it rains but this isn’t good to sleep with. Felt more like a home stay with hotel price.

Super clean and secure… very peaceful, despite being only a few mins walk from Ella centre and train station. Great location for exploring waterfalls, tea plantations, scenic train ride. Highly, highly recommended…

La struttura ha sicuramente un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ha acqua calda, si trova a 6 minuti di cammino dal centro ed é sulla collina, quindi fuori dal rumore della strada principale

In bagno c’era un odore terribile, era davvero difficile anche solamente fare la doccia. La stanza non é sicuramente dei metri quadri proposti ma era comunque abbastanza ampia

Letto, lenzuola, pulizia. Possibilità di pagare con bancomat. Gestore super disponibile e gentile.

Luci bianche poche accoglienti Musica a tutto volume nella struttura adiacente Colazione ok

Great place - very tidy and close to the Main Street. Kuma is a great host. Easy walking distance

Very hard access especially if you are coming via large vehicle like a van. For those coming in large vehicles - ask Kuma to pick you up near the police station from his tuk tuks (as this is part of the service and he didn’t tell us). We didn’t and our van driver had difficulty accessing the property.
