This website advertised a room in the hotel but when we went to check in the hotel had closed down as season was at an end. They told us that they had imformed hotels.com I comtactel hotels.com to tell of the problem and also to ask for a refund of the room. Hotels.com.were unable to help me although i subsequently realised i had not been charged. I can still see that rooms are advertised despite hotel being closed.

Can't do enough for you. Fantastic welcome, rooms cleaned daily, bedding changed, fresh towels. Very warm welcome nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend

The Green Mar is in a great location, not far from the beach and has plenty of bars/restaurants around you. However, it is need of an update, interior is very dated, and in need of a paint job. We stayed as a family of 4, the bed was comfortable but the sofa beds were not. Staff were friendly and helpful but it is not somewhere I would want to stay again. It suited us because we were only staying for a few days but I don’t think I could have stayed for a 2 week holiday.
