Apartments Ridderspoor

The apartment is in the middle of the historic district and is very nicely decorated!

The problem was to be there in June. They are not prepared for the heat in summer. The second night we decided to go to a hotel to sleep with AC. The apartment has one small fan. The first night we open the window at night to create an air currents but this was a bad idea ! The mosquitos ate us. My son had a swollen feet from an allergic reaction to severe mosquito bites. Couldn’t walk for two days. There are many solutions to make the apartment livable in summer: portable AC units (they had that in Rotterdam) or good powerful fans instead of that old flimsy one. Unfortunately we did not have a good experience.

L'appartement est bien situé pour découvrir Bruges à pied et correspond globalement aux photos. La literie était confortable et l'intérieur était agréable dans l'ensemble.

L'arrivée a été particulièrement difficile en raison de plusieurs informations incorrectes ou insuffisamment claires. À cela s'est ajoutée une confusion entre les numéros 16 et 18 pour trouver le bon logement, ce qui nous a fait perdre encore davantage de temps dès notre arrivée. Le code du parking n'était pas le bon et les informations communiquées pour accéder à l'appartement ne permettaient pas d'ouvrir la porte. Autre point problématique a été l'impossibilité de joindre la personne en charge du logement au numéro communiqué, malgré plusieurs tentatives et l'aide de l'assistance Booking La terrasse n'était pas propre à notre arrivée et d'importants travaux avec échafaudages se trouvaient juste au-dessus, avec du bruit dès le matin. Ces travaux n'avaient pas été signalés avant notre arrivée.

Appartamento molto bello, apprezzatissima la posizione centrale. Carinissimo all'appartamento a piano terra e la piccola corte interna per fare colazione.

In otto persone un secondo bagno sarebbe stato comodo.
