Guests highly rate the clean rooms and frequently praise the good location.
Clean room although a smell of fried food throughout coming from the vent.
Check in is 3 pm. Apparently no exceptions. I am used to hotels releasing available rooms if you arrive early. Not here. They suggest you go to their restaurant and wait. My room was OK. The restaurant was OK. The shuttle service was OK—it only goes to terminal 3. You need to take the internal shuttle to other terminals. Might be better to use Uber. This is an OK hotel. Nothing more, nothing less.
The staff was awesome. Everyone was in a good mood and passed it on to us.
The room has a bad smell
Everything was excellent except that this was the only hotel that required a deposit fee.
BED BUGS!!!!!!, this was the only hotel I stayed at and I came back I was covered in bites STAY AWAY Staff was amazing though
