Koko Apartments

Excellent location, cozy apartment. Filip was great, he met us at the port and walked us to the apartment. Would stay again!

I was met at the ferry and helped with my luggage while walking to the apartment. The room was quiet, clean, and had everything I needed for a great stay. I did not use the kitchen since all restaurants were very close and easy to walk to. I did use the washer which was nice to have in the middle of my vacation.

I had a view of the garden while sitting in a private area for the apartment. I could enjoy morning coffee here and a glass of wine at the end of the day. I should have booked a room with a sea view but again the sea was within 5 minutes of walking.

We stayed in the larger apartment with the terrace for 3 nights. Was great to be have hess asos if room when the weather turned nasty. Fantastic location , only a couple of minutes walk to the old town. Super comfy bed. Netflix, wifi. Everything was new and clean. Having a washing machine was a bonus. Filip our host went the extra mile. Met us at the ferry and walked with us to the apartment and then drove us all the way to Split when the ferries were cancelled - he’s one in a million

We loved everything about our stay at Koko's. Filip met us at the ferry port and helped us with our luggage to the apartment (a few minutes walk away). There was a big bowl of delicious fruits and a bottle of water us. Filip gave us lots of recommendations about what to do/where to go/where to eat. He was also very responsive via whatsapp if we had any questions both before as well as during the stay. The apartment is perfection - a modern oasis just steps away from old town. We loved the spacious and modern bathroom. And we really made good use of the beautiful outside seating area. And there is a washing machine with a drying rack. What more could one ask for. Thank you Filip for taking such great care of us.

That we could not stay longer

This is a great property. It was extremely clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook including multiple coffee, fruit, chocolates, oil, balsamic vinegar etc. Philip picked us up from the ferry and carried my wife’s luggage , which was very helpful and a treat. Philip provided a binder with lots of suggestions for exploring Korcula. The outside patio was great for eating or drinking. Best apartment we have ever rented!

Location was close to everything but quiet. Room was cozy, great shower, nice patio. Hosts very welcoming and helpful. Extra touches made the property special. Bed very comfortable. All was great!

100% recommend this property! The location is amazing, literally a 1 minute walk to nearby shops bars, restaurants. Maybe 3 or 4 minutes to the ferry port and same to the old town. We were met at the ferry port by Filip who was extremely welcoming and helpful gave us lots of great tips and helped us with the suitcases up the steps (there are around 10-12 steps to the apartment, its over quickly!) His tips and recommendations which he'd left in the room were invaluable and really helped us decide where to visit on our short trip to Korcula. The apartment has a lovely garden terrace which was great to sit with a coffee or wine. Beds are comfy, air conditioning works well. Everything is clean and modern. Tea, coffee facilities and little kitchenette to make breakfasts etc. Also having a washing machine was very helpful as we had a minor shampoo explosion in our bag on the ferry ride over and needed to save some clothes. We also found in Korcula we were often sunbathing on rocks or pebble beaches which dirtied our beach towels so washing machine came very handy! We also happened to meet the owner who was very friendly and welcoming. We didn't even realise he lived on the complex as he didn't bother us and gave us plenty of space. But it was lovely to speak to him and get some local knowledge. Overall, I highly recommend booking this place, we were sad we couldnt stay longer!
