Of i could rate more than 10 it will be 100! Everything was simply amazing! Communication with Giovanni is always extremely smooth! Stayed on multiple occasions and that’s definitely the best person to deal in the area! Apartments all time were immaculately clean, fresh with everything available for a comfortable stay!

Giovanni Palumbo is an amazing host. He was so generous with his time and made us feel very comfortable. His breakfast's were delicious. He gave us great knowledge of the surrounding area. He is a hard working host and makes his guests feel like they are the only guests he serves.

"Great views, tranquility & very welcoming owner"

First of all I really liked the very kind, attentive host & the abundance of fresh fruits, tasty home made marmalade and cake & all the needed equipment for a Italian coffee. Also the surrounding was green, peaceful & with great views.

The kitchen was missing, but as I understood, it will be installed soon.

I stayed in two- 1 was across from the magical medieval village of Prata Sannita & the other IN the old town of Ciorlana. Both locations were enchanting! Giovanni was a lovely & accommodating host - he made dinner just for myself, including Nona’s homemade pasta & sauce, brought breakfast, lunch, groceries & washed my clothes.

We wanted something quiet and simple on our way back from Puglia to Rome and this place was perfect! The host met us on arrival and even made us a coffee after a long journey 😊 ☕️ The apartment is great value for money and had everything we needed. Parking was very close by and we enjoyed exploring all the streets and alleyways of the village. And what a view when you reach the church 🥰
