The apartment is beautiful, well located and the host responds quickly.

The heat inside the apartment was extreme, and the fan didn't work, but we asked for another one and they brought it, but due to the excessive heat inside the apartment, the fan couldn't handle it. So we couldn't sleep well because it was hot at night too. It was cooler outside the apartment than inside.

I certainly liked the location it was based in I really enjoyed the view and how peaceful it was there The property was well equipped and comfortable too.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it but rather an inconvenience about the toilet not flushing the first night there, but they sent someone in to fix it and it worked well afterwards.

The great location is the biggest plus of this place. In conjunction with underground parking, it is the best selling point. Unfortunately compared to some other flats in the same block provided by other companies I stayed with the flat although clean is run down. There are holes and damage to the floor. The balcony door is blocked off. Guides from Roman blinds were broken and no way to adjust the angle. Seals under the shower are gone so you flood the bathroom every time you choose to have a shower. The toilet flush works once every 3 times. Considering that I know that there are better standard apartments in the same building I will not be coming back to the same flat considering price is the same.

Amazing host which accommodated a later check out for us which I really appreciated. Very good location too. Will definitely revisit!

Position of apartment close to train station and to shopping area.

It was not possible to close the window tightly. A lot of leakage traces close to the window and in the bath area. Vacuum cleaner devices were found completely dirty by dust from previous guests.

Great Location.

Although we have had a £25 refund on arrival there was used condom packets on the bedroom floor, previous people had left jewelry and hair clips on floor. Bathroom was extremely slippery and dipped in the middle, the sliding window doesn't shut and and was extremely loud winds for two nights. There was also a dirty wet hand towel left on the floor near the bin.

Good location, very spacious apartment, plenty of kitchen equipment

Bathroom has room for improvement: toilet flush needs mending, shower head housing broken, no soap, no non-slip mat for bath. Dirty laundry left in cupboard. Generally it needs redecoration.

Great view. Great location. Short walk to the train station. Supermarket across the road. Restaurants at ground level.

Window didn't seal and the sliding door/window was faulty, looking at previous reviews this has been a problem for a long time. We had high winds and the place sounded haunted.

This is a nice apartment and the hosts are nice

The area is not good and there was a homeless person sleeping in the hallway, the corridor smelt of weed and someone tried to sell us weed. This did not make us feel safe and we did not stay there. However I appreciate this could have been a one off situation. The hosts were very understanding.

Flat in a modern building with secure, allocated underground parking. Spacious and very clean. Fast Wifi. Building and neighbours are very quiet. Easy self-checkin and checkout.

Only one of the two lifts was working in the building. The building itself is very, very wam (like most new flats) but the main window in the lounge didn't open and the flat became very warm even though it was only 15º outside. The bedroom window didn't shut properly so traffic noise (the flat faces a busy road) through the night was a problem. Blinds in the bedroom are not good at keeping out the light from two floor-to-ceiling windows. No drawers to store underwear, socks etc.
