"Probably top 3 worst experiences in my 30 years of travel"

Not much when I arrived late night no one was present after waiting an hour I had to find a new hotel.

Manager was rude next day and blamed me that I didn’t call to inform them that I will be arriving late and they canceled my 4 days stay. Offered me free breakfast as consolation.

"Decent. Not great customer service."

The room was clean.

The man was not too friendly checking me in.. Then when we called front desk because tv didn’t work, we got no real answer. Tv didn’t work whole stay, nor did any of the lights in the entry way and closet or bar area.
