Wonderful, roomy and comfortable stay for our family. This condo is quite spacious and is located a convenient walking distance from EVERYTHING in Ouray. The kitchen is well appointed so cooking is easy, and having a W/D in the unit is such a bonus with a family!
Ive stayed at Alpen Glo condos several times over the years and have always found them an excellent place to stay.
The condo was not well maintained plus so few kitchen utensils. The noise from the next door condo was awful.
Beautiful condo. With the fees it was a little more than I would normally spend but I decided to splurge. I was so glad I did. It was gorgeous and in the middle of town so we just walked everywhere.
Very clean, spacious condo. Nicer than pictures. Lots of room for our family of 5.
Great place. Only issues were the ceiling fan didn’t work in one bedroom and fan and light would come on at random times during night in other bedroom. Restaurant behind condo had employees peeing outside in plain view during daylight and evening hours. Going to call restaurant. The place was great otherwise. Good location had great amenities... ice cream in lobby, playground for kids. Would stay here again.

It was okay. There were three of us that needed a place to stay and it was one of the few options in Ouray on short notice. The check in process was good. But the little things can drive you nuts: the shower didn’t drain, the sink drain wouldn’t unplug without under-sink assistance, the battery in the clock was dead, light switches seemed illogical, the blinds were really bent, the couch was broken on the backside and just felt really second hand. The hot water heater was in the king bed bedroom closet. The king bed had a two inch cushion on top of the mattress, so I assumed the mattress was old, but the cushion was really too soft for me. Only one burner on the stove worked - and that one smoked when I turned it on. The handle on the stove was broken off. And a book for guests - which included an extensive set of laws about behavior in town - didn’t even spell out the check out process. I had to call the next morning and wait on hold to learn I could just leave the keys on the table and lock the door behind me. The sheets and towels were clean. The refrigerator worked. We figureD out the tv. We stayed here two nights in October - not summer, not winter.
Really nice condo to stay In Ouray, has amazing location, all amenities one could need and is very clean and well kept. Really not missing anything my family needed!
Great location near the river, hot springs and 1 block from the commercial strip. Nothing fancy but the space was clean and met all our needs! Would stay again.
