Amazing hotel with top class customer service. On site parking facility. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Highly recommended if staying in Bursa. 5 Star recommendation from me.

Thank you very much. It was a great stay. Every thing is nice and clean. Great location for this Hotel. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Good service. I passed my breakfast time,but still the kind staff sent me breakfast to my room. Definitely will choose this Hotel again.

The location is great! It is close to the main places of interest. The staff was very nice! The room is spacious, modern, new, clean and stylish! There is a kettle, tea/coffee bags, bottled water in the room. I really love the soaps and gel in the bathroom. They smell so good! The breakfast was excellent! There was bread, cheese, tea/coffee, eggs, fruit, vegetables and pastries. One of the pastries was so tasty. It had kind of marzipan in the middle. We rested very well! If one day we have to come back we will definitely stay at this place.

"Ac not working "

Every thing was okay but AC not working blowing out normal air and lights only turn off if you pull the card out the cuts all power to air unit
