Friendly staff to help park car and get into room. Decent location walkable 10-15 minutes to grand mosque area. Good turkish breakfast. Spacious clean rooms. Overall enjoyable day to check bursa 1 night.

Geen handdoeken aanwezig in de hotelkamer toen wij aankwamen 2e dag moesten wij bij de receptie toiletpapier vragen was niet aangevuld

Check-in leider eine Stunde zu spät erfolgt und es wurden Hand- und Badetücher in einem Doppelzimmer für 2 Personen vergessen, wodurch man nicht mal in Ruhe duschen konnte, sonst war es sehr modern Frühstück war Okey und der Service sehr nett!

"Very helpful staff in an ideal location for sights"

An extremely efficient check in accompanied by exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect to explore the sights and we would consider staying here again. The only reason why overall it’s not 5 stars is that it is quite noisy at night and the rooms could be sound proofed more.
