La place à l’intérieur de la maison.

La piscine était très sale à notre arrivée. Verte ! Le lave vaisselle nettoie très mal et la machine à laver fuit. Nous avons dû scotcher un tuyau pour ne pas avoir de l’eau partout. Tout les matins nous avons été obligé de ré enclencher une pompe dans un local pour avoir de l’eau. Villa décevante

"Une très grosse déception, je déconseille"

Une villa spacieuse et climatisée La gentillesse de la personne qui nous a accueilli (Greta).

La piscine n'était pas prête (algues vertes sur toutes les paroies et au fond de la piscine). Sur une semaine, 3 jours sans utiliser la piscine. Problème de pression d'eau ( il fallait réarmer un disjonteur dans le local technique une a deux fois par jour) surtout quand la personne chargée de l'entretien de la piscine est partie avec la clé du local technique : conséquences =》Douches et toilettes inutilisables lors de notre dernière soirée du séjour. Scandaleux ! L'attitude du personnel d'entretien de la piscine. D'ailleurs il n'a jamais fait d'entretien de celle-ci durant notre séjour. Il est passé 3 fois et la durée maximale de sa présence sur place a été de 12 minutes. Pas un bonjour, très nerveux y compris en roulant avec sa voiture dans l'allée. Il montrait certainement son agacement face à notre déception concernant l'état de la piscine que nous avons communiquée à Greta Machine à café défectueuse et remplacée par une machine fonctionnelle 2 jours après avoir porté réclamation.

We liked every inch of this beautifull house. The true is that needs little investment and renovation. But that didnt mind us to have fun and enjoj this beautiful property. It felt like we're living in an the old movie!

"Wonderful big home with great pool and gardens"

The property is beautiful with large cool rooms. The pool is large and very clean. The train station is 20 min walk and is great to travel to Palermo and Cefalù. The communication was good and responded quickly to requests

The property is becoming a little tired and the sun beds need replacing. Whilst the property and grounds were great. The surrounding area of Ficarazzi had a problem with rubbish which was a shame
