I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The bed was very comfortable, not hard nor soft but just right. Room was very clean. Breakfast spread was decent and palatable. The hotel also provided a daily welcome drink in the evening where guests could enjoy a cuppa or beer or wine after a long day of exploring the city. It was really a light-touch service. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would come back again for my next trip to Nagoya.

Would hope to see the staff to speak a little bit more of English. =)
