"Worse Motel I Ever Stayed in My Life."

1. This is at best a MOTEL not hotel. 2. RM50 cash deposit is needed. This was not communicated in Booking or prior. 2. Keycard not working and counter refuse to rectify the issue immediately. Then counter asked a barefoot man to open the door using his master keycard. Would you feel safe if you do not have keycard but a stranger have master keycard and you need him to tap you in your room? When I insist on getting the card first, counter can say 'kami bagi u masuk dulu, sebab kesian', MALAS nak fix keycard issue is more like it. 3. Food in this room is not recommended because there are A LOT of ants. 4. The whole motel smells of cigaratte from lobby to room.

"Good place, but management needs more flexibility and fix the wifi signal"

Staff were friendly. Specially Gaya was very friendly and helpful. Who cares the customer’s lot

Wifi signal is not good to the rooms. We didn’t had wifi during our stay. When we questioned the management they were if you don’t want leave now. Bathroom didn’t had shampo and just little soap
