Pool very nice, despite not a single chair or towel and the floor stains your towels. Room big enough, staff polite

No services at all, rooms are sold with kettle and hairdryer, but they are not provided. General cleanliness so and so, rooms bit deteriorated. Common areas dirty and abandoned.

"It was a good location but it needs to improve on the services of cleaning the rioom daily"

Suggest to provide at least 2 drinking bottles daily to the guest and a Mimi/small refrigerator in the room and need to clean the room daily wth clean towels.

It did not have any drinking water for the guests.

Nothing

One foreign guy who bring alcohol in lift and go to 5th floor. I don't know who management can let it go. I don't know he staff or the person staying there. Please make sure take it serious because feel like no safety. Thank you
