Someone walked into our room unannounced at 3:30 in the morning. They walked out when they realized we were in there. Found out a couple of days later it was the security guard. When we complained the best the manager would do was refund the first night because she argued we had a good sleep the second night. Her apologies were empty and extremely rude. We were in the city for a conference and we were exhausted and this absolutely ruined our weekend. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel in my life. Stay away from this poorly managed hotel. I would give them a zero if the system would let me. Last night, I read through other online reviews and found out that registration mix ups is a very common issue with this hotel.

My catalytic converter was stolen from my car overnight and I was parked in view of the front desk. They could do better with security.
