Amrit Ocean Resort and Residences - Singer Island

Overall a good stay. Hotel is beautiful, room was very nice. Loved the ocean view balcony and beach access. Service at beach and pool were great. However, there should be a little more attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness. Our room, especially floors, were noticeably not as clean as they should have been. AC had difficulty working and it made a lot of noise during the night. The coffee maker also made a lot of noise - not sure if that was to be expected. Even when room was serviced, our coffee bar was not restocked, we had to call to get more coffee and it took quite awhile to receive. For the price paid, this room could have benefitted from a small microwave and ceiling fan. Also, the advertised events during the week didn't happen. We were looking forward to the Tuscan Tuesday brick oven pizza evening that was advertised, but that didn't happen. And when we asked staff about it, no one knew what we were talking about. And i was surprised with this being a wellness resort that there was very little awareness of the spa services and there was no chai tea anywhere.

The Amrit resort was beautiful! Lulu was amazing! She was incredibly attentive and accommodating. The resort is clean, private, quiet, and rooms are decent size. It's located right on the beach and is less than 30 minutes from Palm Beach Airport. Tula restaurant had a great brunch, however the dinner menu could use some improvements. All and all I highly recommend Amrit if you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful resort with great staff and spa.

The hotel and property is absolutely beautiful. Everyone other than the person who checked us out when leaving and the valet team have obviously not been in any type of customer service role. I do not exagerate when I state they all need to be replaced with people having experience in hospitality. Very disappointed.

Good staff! The Valet team was accommodating and helpful. We dealt with Hernan, he was very attentive to our needs and more! The place was beautiful and the beaches to say the least! We will be returning.

Very clean and upscale hotel with great amenities. The private beach access was the cherry on the top. However, another thing that impressed me was how amazing the valet workers were. They were fast and courteous. Eli was my favorite, as on top of the other items he was personable...from the time we arrived to departure, he was providing amazing service. The bellmen were phenomenal as well. I can't say enough about how great these guys are.

Excellent service from Hernan the valet. He was extremely hospitable. Beautiful room. Ate inside the lobby and ordered the flatbread pizzas which were extremely disappointing 1/10. (Seemed like frozen microwavable pizza) other than that loved the spa it was relaxing and Marina my masseuse was amazing.

Great infraestructure and service. Very kind and helpful personnel. I felt at home. I recommend it. We will return for sure.

We came for a relaxing weekend and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The food and hospitality was wonderful! Great location!

The staff were all so friendly and attentive! Valet treats you like royalty! The light switches in the rooms are tricky, one switch controls all the power. The room was stocked with coffee, water, soaps, shampoo and robes. I didn’t have time for the spa experience but maybe next time. There is a bar and coffee shop in the lobby and both were great! My room had a balcony with views of the ocean, 2 pools and the inlet. Great experience!

Amazing stay at Amrit! Staff was so kind, ocean view from the room was stunning, and the beach access and amenities were absolutely perfect.
