The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lindale - Tyler provided a truly perfect, five-star stay. The rooms were a standout feature—clean, wonderfully calm, incredibly quiet, and remarkably spacious, offering an ideal and restful retreat. The exceptional service from Ms. Amy at the reception was another highlight; she was genuinely kind, helpful, and professional, making the entire visit seamless and welcoming. The only minor deduction from the experience was the complimentary breakfast, which I would rate 3.5 out of 5, as it was functional but could benefit from improved variety or quality. Despite this minor point, the overall quality—especially the rooms and the top-tier staff like Ms. Amy—easily earned a five-star rating. I highly recommend this hotel and plan on returning.

"Amy at the front desk is the best!"

Amy at the front desk is awesome. She took the time to help me make a family reservation for our reunion and answered all my questions. I visited all the hotels in Lindale and this is by far the best kept and nicest property. You can tell they have great management!
