Un accueil très chaleureux de la part du responsable, très gentil malgré la barrière de la langue. L'hôtel a un bel emplacement nous permettant de profiter de diverses découvertes de monuments aux alentours.

Location, location, location. It is perfectly situated to see all that matters in Belem. Despite being in a very touristic avenue, the rooms are quiet. Good security measures.

Even though you don't hear anything from the street, you do hear noise from other rooms inside the hotel: someone was sick and you could hear him/her coughing all night

Located in a tourist hot spot in Belem, it has a great location. You can take a bus or tram to Lisbon city centre. The staff was so lovely and helpful as well.

Only one minor thing - the plumbing system made very loud noises after flushing.

The service was agile, attentive, and courteous.

I have no complaints whatsoever, only commendations.
