Everything. We upgraded to the bishops room(only 20£ more a night) and so happy we did. Plenty of space in the room, decorated wonderfully and in a quiet residential area but still very convenient for getting around Malvern.

Absolutely nothing it was all fantastic!

Unfortunately, I spent little time at the hotel, checking in, going to a party, coming back and then leaving very early in the morning, missing their highly commended breakfasts! I'm sure it's very good if you spent more time there!

Good scoff. Comfortable room excellent location for the towns facilities.

Cobwebs on the light fitting, one plug socket didnt work but plenty of others available.

Felt comfortable from the moment we arrived, and the staff were excellent , fabulous dining room and very accomplishing chef cooked us perhaps the best fillet steak we have had for a long time . Meal was superb.

Everything. Staff so lovely. The food was fantastic and the garden room was so nice with our own private seating area outside. Gardens beautifully kept.
