Breakfast was lovely

Offered a larger room and then had to change back to the smaller one.

Booked at last minute without checking too much on facilities. Upon arrival learnt about their award winning L'amuse-Bouche restaurant which was an added bonus to our stay and first visit to Malvern

Great location, comfortable room, very friendly staff, sufficient spaces for parking, so could not fault.

The room was beautiful, spacious, with a great view, I didn't eat breakfast. The food was cooked superbly.

Location was great for my purpose. Breakfast was great. Did not have evening meal in the restaurant so cannot rate that. Decor was lovely throughout. Will definitely return.

Beautiful settings. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. I needed a plug as I rarely travel with one now most hotels have USB plugs, the hotel stock plenty and I was able to charge my phone. Quiet and lovely view of a beautiful gardens.

Parking is at a premium but you can park free on the road outside. Little disappointed in the breakfast as I was expecting great things.
