"They dont care"

I called to tell I will arrive late. They told me they will leave me the key in the reception because after 6pm nobody is there. I arrived at 11PM and the key was not there. And nobody came. And we needed to leave at that time to another hotel....

Die Lage sowie das Frühstück war für uns in Ordnung.

Check in und Check out war eine Katastrophe. Das Personal der Rezeption war sehr unflexibel. Rezeption war nur 3 Stunden besetzt.Vor 15.oo Uhr und nach 18.oo Uhr war einchecken nur mit viel Mühe und einigen Telefonaten möglich.
