Sr. Ivan é muito simpático.

A água do banho do apto. 13 estava entre morna e fria. Além disso, a mulher, responsável pelo café, estava num dia ruim, muito mal-humorada. Sr. Ivan comentou que o café ia até as 10h00. Às 9h30, ela já tinha fechado a porta.
