Un hotel muy acogedor , personal muy amable , la comida en el restaurante de muy buen sazón Un excelente opción para quedarte en Tlalpujahua, ademas que está muy céntrico y queda cerca de todo .

"Disappointed "

At arrival the staff told us there was not a reservation, so he wouldn’t give us our room. I explained this was done and confirmed with Hotels.com, but he insisted there was nothing in record. We left the hotel with our bags and walked a couple of blocks to another hotel. I mentioned to the staff of hotel Jardín not to charge my credit card. We were so disappointed that they are listed in Hotels.com, but they are obviously not linked with Hotels.com
