Hotel bem localizado, com valor histórico e arquitetura bonita. Os quartos são amplos e confortáveis, proporcionando uma boa estadia. O restaurante do hotel é bom e atende bem às expectativas.

Algumas estruturas aparentam falta de manutenção, como os elevadores, que são bastante barulhentos. O café da manhã é um ponto fraco, com foco maior em quantidade do que em qualidade. Há a impressão de reaproveitamento de itens de dias anteriores, que muitas vezes não estão mais frescos.
