A nice efficient and clean newer economical place to spend the night that is easy to get to with a comfortable bed and a friendly staff. We didn't have the breakfast but others commented positive remarks while I was getting coffee.

The property was clean and well maintained. Lisa at the front desk was wonderful - she secured us a reservation at a very nice restaurant and gave us information on walking areas. Breakfast was good also. Would stay here again.

"Clean is all that really matters."

Clean facility and rooms, decent breakfast, good location near highway. You could walk into Amsterdam but I would not suggest it, as there is a major road crossing before you get to the side streets. Only negative is that there is a downmarket motel at the next property, so lock your vehicle at night. But the Microtel was very nice.

Beds and pillows were not comfortable only complaint. At the end of the day it’s the most important part a good nights sleep. Bed was a hard , pillows fluff not much to them. Just my honest opinion!!

"Great hotel"

We spent a wonderful weekend in Amsterdam,NY.The hotel was clean and quiet,breakfast was good with many options.Staff at the front desk were always friendly and helpful.if you’re in the area this is the place to stay.
