Location is great. Family friendly. Room is very spacious and very clean. Value is affordable. Slept very well due to being so quiet. We loved the immediate services by Joy and Javier. Love the free EV Vehicle charging area. Pools are clean and well taken care of. Easy access for snacks and food available. Awesome breakfast. Please don’t lower your standards. Second time we visited Ayres. First time was at Chula Vista and now at Carlsbad. Team members was great. Joy even took time and looked up the spacecraft Artemis landing information for our kids. Javier was very knowledgeable and friendly. Call anytime they said if we need anything. Services and friendliness it’s like being at a 5 star hotel. It’s in comparison to Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay we stood in Hawaii. Places to go is really close. Clean and our room was roomy. Highly recommended, will use Ayres again.
