Please note that last minute bookings made within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a change of check-in time from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The property will only accept the number of adults stated on the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted. Each guest will be required to show identification once the booking is created and at check-in. This property does not accommodate bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A noise policy is in effect between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Guests are expected to leave the property in the same condition in which they arrived. If you leave the property at a different time than the scheduled time, namely 10am on the morning of the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be required to pay a reminder fee of €55. If the above policies are not respected, a penalty fee will be applied to the guests for any damage caused to the property. A penalty fee of €150 will be applied to your deposit if you smoke in the property. The accommodations has everything you need for your stay. Please note that the restaurant is open for lunch only.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
