隣のレストランは多いです。 電子レンジがあって、便利でね。 家族用のルームがあって、良かったです。

・千葉市の繁華街内にあり、夜の街（飲食店街・ネオン街）を利用する人に最適の立地です。 ・目の前にセブンイレブン等があり便利。

・繁華街内の立地で、夜の街を利用しない人には不向きと感じました。ホテル周囲で客引行為をする立ちんぼが複数見られました。 ・大浴場なし。 ・エントランスホール等の共用部は狭く必要最低限のスペースのみ。 ・リブマックスは新しいイメージがあったが、ここは設備が経年劣化している印象。
