I liked that the room had both a refrigerator and a microwave. And it was about 15 minute walk from Chiba station, and there was a grocery store across the street for shopping. The layout of the room was not great, as the TV is facing the bed, and the desk is on the other side of the wall (you can see photos of the rooms online to see what I mean). The chair also was more like a stool. Otherwise, for the price I paid, it was a decent room

"You get what you pay for"

The price was good for the stay

We were notified that they did not do daily cleanings of the rooms which was okay because we weren’t spending any time there except sleeping. But they did say they would do it on the 3rd day but they didn’t. So we had some trash piling up and we had to get fresh towels ourselves.

ホテル内は快適でした。 24時間対応のフロントも安心でした。 部屋も浴室、トイレも清潔でした。 お部屋も上手に配置されていて、過ごしやすかったです。 ズボンプレスもありました。 あると便利ですよね。 （スチームアイロンの貸し出しもあるようです。） ただ、周辺の治安はあまり良くないです。 露出狂がいました。お気を付けください。
