Breakfast was really good.

No where up to Nikko standard. Only one elevator is working during our stay. The room is small and the carpet is not clean. Nikko is a Japanese brand in Vietnam yet everywhere is Chinese sign which is really confusing.

Excellent luxury hotel. The deluxe twin room was spacious and comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the pool. The beds were soft and comfortable. The bathroom had all the necessities and was very clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Overall we had a pleasant time at Nikko Hotel Hai Phong and would definitely come here again.

The location is a bit far from the city centre but is close to Aeon Mall.
