Needs blackout blinds

one of air conditioner was down. whatever hotel manager call me and explain about this situation and she gave me room discount. But running one air conditioner was not powerfull and seemed show not full performance. As a result, whole room was not enough cool. Hard to relax sleep.

The property was beautiful. We enjoyed the pools and the view. The water was nice and warm. My kids liked that the toilet opened on its own. We also thought it was very thoughtful for them to include snacks and drinks in the fridge. Also the little kid accessories were super cute too! The internet service was actually not as bad as the other reviews, but we were there to explore Kouri and didn’t need the internet so much.

We thought the room was not as cleaned as we would have liked. Sadly, there was dust and dirt caked up in the corners or bathroom and under/near the beds. There were quite a few bugs and little worms that scared the kids but not too terrible.

Best view nice location

Didn’t serve meal , it’s not easy to get dinner and breakfast at the island
