Crown Resorts at Lake Tansi East

Condo was next to the lake. They are older BUT very clean and in good condition. All you need is your food. Comfortable bed and pillows. Can’t beat the price. Very nice area. Tansi in Crossville, Tn. Family oriented.

Family vacation in Crossville was good but the hotel/resort was a little outdated some stuff did work and some didn’t

The shower was a little off. Overall it was a good stay. We will be back the next time we are in Crossville!!!!

Dated but very clean

There was no shower curtain when we got there and shortly after the toilet broke. They gave both issues a quick response, but the toilet still had minor flushing issues. There was a sitting chair on the deck that was broken - the leg completely off and was left sitting there (tilted against the building) instead of being removed/replaced when we arrived

Pool and gym are only open until 5pm

Nice little condo settings. Clean living area. The mattresses on beds were horrible. My back is in excruciating pain due to no support and mattresses flat as cardboard. Price was excellent, vut they need to put more inferences on sleep comfort.

The front desk person was very nice and check in was easy. However, the mattresses should've been thrown out a few years ago. The king mattress was so broken down, sitting on the edge to get out of bed, you almost slip off the mattress. My husband and I decided to sleep in the beds in the other room. They were no better. We always wear socks inside and the carpet was pretty dirty because our socks showed the dirt. I would definitely NOT stay here again.
