Crown Resorts at Lake Tansi East

Shocking experience opening up the hide a bed.

This property was very outdated and just few simple maintenance would help. For example, just cleaning the front door area would make it more appealing. There was a musty smell as soon as you walked in. If they either replaced the carpets or took the carpets out all together, it was make it that much nicer. Definitely need to dehumidify the condo. I did like the amenities (full kitchen) and there was plenty to do. It just needs a update.

Being on the gulf course was fine and close to the pool.In general the condo needs updated.The bed linens were not good,very low quality. Although the place seemed clean it’s worn out furniture made it feel unclean. I was very disappointed when I had to cancel the 4td day my rate went up for the two days I had booked so I will not be using your website again-very unfair policy!!!!!!

This property is in desperate need of renovations. Although our lake view was nice the property grounds needed attention.

The view was beautiful along with the condo being roomy and comfortable.

Great value. We have stayed at Crown Resorts a number of times now when visiting family on Crossville. We enjoyed the game room, pool, mini golf, and shuffleboard this time.

I had very mixed feelings about this stay. First the good: It was cheap so I wasn’t expecting much. The condo had a large living room, kitchen and bedroom with two patio doors leading to a porch area which was nice to sit on. There were three pools to choose from both indoor and out - they were nice, good temp etc. there was a beach area also and a lake. Nearby restaurants, gas station, and dollar store. The staff at the front desk were super nice. Now the not so great— The decor is outdated (green carpet lots of Mirrors very 90s) which didn’t bother me but I know it would some people. The bed wasn’t comfortable but seemed clean, spotted 6 or so roaches in our room over the 2 days. The toilet didn’t flush right and we had to mess with that a lot. Overall, with a few fixes this would be a great place to stay. With friendly staff and all the perks for the price I would even try it again (and choose another building).
