The room was ok and clean

With this price for 7 days, I was expecting to have at least a bigger room/flat and a balcony.

A nice and Quiet apartment in the city. Close to everything you need

The cost of cleaning the room is not well advertised. In 16 days there was only one time cleaning.

Clean and simple apartment with everything is needed for a short stay. Check-in and check-out process is easy, and the staff is very kind.

Wifi is fast and stable, but it is not acceptable in my opinion having two authenication steps that have to be repeated every single day on every connected device. The password is also quite complex, and that makes the entire process time consuming because you have to slowly read and copy it every time. Mattress is not the best. The kitchen misses a towel hanger and in the bathroom it would be nice to have some thing to put the soap on, instead of leaving it on the sink. But these are minor things.
