Villa Amalfi

The location is good as it's close to the beach as well as the free dog beach which is nice. The staff at the agency are nice, obviously, they're paid for it. That is absolutely all. Come here if your only other option is to sleep under a bridge.

I find it shameful that agencies in Bibione have become too complacent of their local market offer. Because demand is always there from rich Germans, they're apparently OK with offering very mediocre properties, with no care, no cleaning, and in bad shape. The walls were smeared with dead mosquitoes, dirty and yellowish. Upon arrival, we are told about the cleaning policy: "leave it how you found it, otherwise you pay for the final cleaning fee". We found it dirty. Simply dirty. Beds are old and uncomfortable, appliances are old, TV is tiny, the doors don't even feel safe. And the utopic Bibione reality that you have to pay for bed linen and towels. The prices for this are just unacceptable now in 2025. This property does not deserve a rating average of over 7. We will not come back.

The location is beautiful, it is very close to the beach and amenities, but there is also a sense that the villa is slightly tucked away in a lovely corner.

Mosquito screens on the windows and a kettle would be useful.
