The location is fantastic. The kind people at reception and at the restaurant..! We received special treatment. The restaurant is for residents only..! Very neat, professional and the food was excellent.

Tried to cancel one room under courtesy due to a Covid infection in our group. Hotel gave the impression one room was taken off the reservation, did not offer us that room upon checkin, however upon checkout did charge us for it. The room was non-refundable, but the hotel should also have given us the room upon check-in and should have been clear in their reply.
