The only complain I have is that upon entering the elevator there is this weird odor. Its easiy fixable so I hope they address it.

That it was a newer property & location

The staff that checked us in was very unprofessional. He had a foul mouth & was too distracted with friends that were visiting him at work. The housekeeping is bad. A big puddle of urine on the toilet pedastool bottom visible when getting out of the mold stained shower.

There was not any breakfast or if there was we did not see it.

There were roaches in our room. Roach traps under the bathroom sink and dead roaches in the kitchen. The bed sheets were scratchy and top layer had tears. The shower head was rusted and there looked like there was mold forming near the tub.

Nice place

The curtains, sheets, shower, and sink were dirty! You can hear people talking in the other room. We lost electricity to the entire room! I was not able to go into another room due to no availability. Had to shower and get ready in the dark. I don’t recommend at all!

Roaches crawling around the floor and on my bed. Felt them crawl on me while sleeping.

Location was good

They told me that the towels were separated from daily people to people that actually live there for long periods of time My towels was nasty. One had a yellow stain and one had red mark like dry blood. Housekeeping was very rude to my husband spoke to I guess the one in charge and nothing was done
