Da localização.

Nao há toalhas e sabonetes (já avisado). Diferente do padrão de pousadas. Da demora na abertura do portão. Ficamos esperando 10 minutos. O tamanho da TV é muito pequeno. Talvez menor que um monitor de.compitador. Poucos canais disponíveis. O sinal do WiFi pode ser melhorado.

No geral, bom custo benefício. Boa localização, tem um copa compartilhada, quarto bem simples mas condizente com o valor pagado.

O estacionamento não tem vagas suficientes para todos, ele funciona de forma rotativa, então talvez o hóspede fique sem vaga. Algumas coisas precisam de manutenção, tal como o suporte para colocar toalha que estava quebrado e o banheiro não possui box.
