This is terrible l send a message to ket them know that l arrive between 7 and 8 am but l arrive at 8 ring the bell no one answer l have to go to sit on a cafe deli buy something where l can text them they said check in at 2pm and ask me if l have luggage l said yes send me a gade code when l getting find an housekeeping who is very rude and tell me if l want l can leave my luggage by office under stairs but checking is at 2 pm no early check in so l have to stay in the street until 2 where l was extremely tired one restroom for all guests to used the room very small and the restroom they have is outside the toilet paper finish no one is there where you can ask text them about it no reply it's crazy never see something like in my life

The only l like is the security they have cameras everywhere for safety reason and is very quiet

Luxury rooms at a budget price. They also have a nice terrace that overlooks the main street. Close to everything.

La propiedad está muy bien ubicada, súper limpio que eso es extraordinario. Lindo el lugar.

La habitación no tenía ventanas, era una caja. Es como para pasar una noche a mi gusto.

The location was decent but i never got to see my room. What a horrible experience

I never got into my room. There was no employee there. after waiting an hour just to receive the code to enter the building, room 14 they told me was mine was locked and no key and nobody to get me a key. Nobody responded back all night. After almost 2 hours more i finally left and walked to find another hotel by 11pm. I was outside of the hostel before 8pm. It wasnt that late. Id understand if it was in the middle of the night. Someone else stayimg there attempted to help me by sending messages from their phone. The fact that nobody even responded to me after 8pm is crazy. Horrible service. I definitely do not recommend. There are plenty of options. Crazy
