Moderne tolle Einrichtung

Boden war völlig verschmutzt, es wurde eine Reinigung versprochen aber dazu kam es nicht.. In jedem Raum war der Boden verschmutzt

La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de la estación del metro que te lleva al centro en pocas palabras. Alrededores zona gastronómica variada, el apartamento es amplio y bien equipado, se está construyendo un ascensor para más comodidad

No había ascensor, he ido con una persona mayor y subir las escaleras fue un poco incómodo. El día de la salida la señora de la limpieza se apareció diciendo que teníamos que salir, cosa que ya lo sabíamos y teníamos las maletas preparadas, pero en una manera bastante inadecuada. Yo les escribí un correo y me respondieron diciendo que podía salir a las 11.30 gratis , pero no recibí la confirmación, Como sugerencia positiva creo que deberían tener utensilios de limpieza , cubo y fregona

Местоположение великолепное. Очень чистое белье и полотенца, есть необходимая посуда. Спасибо за чай и кофе!

Фен был нерабочий. Скользко в душевой кабине. Не очень удобно иметь ключ у одного человека.

Het bad

De locatie was ver onder null. Totaal geen parkeermogelijkheden. Niet voor auto en niet voor fiets. In de huisregels wordt je gesommeerd voor geluidsoverlast, maar op de straat is het heel druk en het huis is erg gehorig. Je hoort alle buren onder en boven de kamer bewegen. Het is een nieuw ingericht appartement, maar nog niet klaar. Kraan in de keuken zit niet vast en de afvoer in de douche niet gemonteerd. Keuken is matig ingericht. Maar......het was heel schoon en de prijs was zeer gunstig. Ik zou er niet een tweede keer heen gaan.

Sehr zentral

Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit. Der Warmwasserboiler lief immer auf Störung (ist wohl schon länger so, diverse Abdeckungen wurden mit Pflastern fest gemacht damit sie halten) somit hatten wir leider kein warmes Wasser bzw. nur wenn wir den Boiler einmal ganz aus und an gemacht hatten, hatten wir kurz warmes Wasser
