"Slecht verblijf. Appartement is niet gelijk aan de foto's."

De airco deed het.

De foto's komen niet overeen met het appartement dat we dachten te hebben geboekt. Appartement 2 is een zeer sfeerloos appartement, de vloer is smerig, het bestek in de la plakte nog van de vorige bezoekers, de waterdruk is slecht, WiFi bereik is slecht en internet toegang wordt veelal geblokkeerd. De "parkeergarage" staat dag en nacht open, zodat iedereen toegang heeft tot de geparkeerde auto's. De strijkplank werkt niet, geen gordijn in de huiskamer waardoor je steeds op de kijk zit, geen nachtkastjes (alleen 2 hele kleine tafeltjes voor een lampje), waardoor al de spullen op de grond liggen en de ouder slaapkamer heeft een zeer smal bed. (Formaat twijfelaar) En wat niet wordt vermeld maar wel belangrijk is, is dat het appartement naast een kinderopvang ligt!!! Uitslapen is niet mogelijk vanwege het gegil van kinderen tussen de +- 3 en 12 jaar.. Let op, inchecken moet in het hoger gelegen hotel. Parkeren bij het hotel is lastig, dus als je in 1x naar het appartement rijdt (niet parkeren op de betaalde parkeerplaats!!!) dan moet je eerst teruglopen naar het hotel, inchecken, auto parkeren en dan al de koffers een trap optillen. Hadden we geweten dat we deze kamer hadden gekregen dan hadden we dit nooit geboekt. De foto's zijn bovendien bewerkt en komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid.

Apartamento amplio, limpio y confortable. Buena situación, delante estación del tren. Parking gratuito si te hospedas en el apartamento. Personal del hotel donde se hace check-in/check-out muy amable y atento.

Hermoso apartamento para recorrer Sintra. Las llaves las recogimos en el hotel y la recepcionista nos informo lugares donde ir y nos dio un mapa- Esta limpio y es muy comodo, sobre todo se valora tener dos baños. Esta muy cerca delpueblo aunque hay que subir un trecho de escaleras. Me encantaria volver.
