とても掃除が行き届いていてとにかく綺麗！ 快適にすごすことができました。 ありがとうございます。

キッチンとアメニティなど冷蔵庫のところに鏡があるとよいのと、ゴミ箱の位置がキッチンのところにあると更に良い。 ３人でしたが、パイプベットでなく、３人敷布団のが良かった。 チェックインが不便でした。涙

間接照明の使い方がオシャレです。テレビでサブスク系のアプリ全て見れるのが嬉しいサービスです。ボディソープが肌すべすべになるので大変気に入りました。

朝の日差しで布団周辺でホコリが舞っているのが目に見えるほどでした。ホコリアレルギーのため肌が反応してしまいまぢた。

"Espero que cambien los colchones para poder descansar bien"

Está muy bien organizado a pesar de no tener recepción física.

La cama de la habitación 303 que es en la que nos alojamos tiene una cama con colchón de muelles que se te clavan y no pudimos descansar bien en toda la noche. Nuestra habitación tenía un gran ventanal que no se podía ni abrir un poquito y era muy agobiante que no entrara aire del exterior.

"鶴岡八幡宮で早朝からの用事が、有ったのでロケーション、価格は最高でした。コンビニが近くにあればよかった"

事前宿泊者登録を済ませておいたのに チェックイン時に再度年齢等追加登録があり 時間が掛かった ユニットバスの換気と部屋の臭いが気になった

"Misleading description on booking.com webpage"

Great location, nice room.

Beware: the webpage at booking.com is misleading. It boasts "24 hour front desk, and full-day security". But as the hotel's own webpage make clear, the hotel is completely unmanned. Check-in is through a screen, with a call to a remote operator. There are dire warnings that if you lock yourself out it will be difficult to sort you out. There is no-one from whom to ask local advice.
